The primary objective of the Angkutin project was to design a comprehensive digital interface that streamlines the process of package delivery and tracking. Our aim was to create an intuitive and reliable platform that not only meets the logistical needs of users but also establishes a distinct and trustworthy brand image in the highly competitive expedition services market. We focused on enhancing user experience through clear navigation, transparent information flow, and efficient service accessibility, ensuring Angkutin stands out as a preferred choice for reliable shipping.
Challenge
The main challenge in developing Angkutin’s interface was to differentiate it from a multitude of existing logistics and expedition services. This involved not only creating a visually appealing and user-friendly platform but also addressing core pain points commonly faced by users, such as convoluted tracking systems, unclear pricing, and concerns about package safety.
We needed to convey reliability and efficiency through design, build trust with potential users, and cultivate a sense of seamless experience that encourages repeat usage, all while innovating within the established norms of the logistics industry.
